Rosé wine in rose petal color, bright and bright; on the floral nose with hints of ripe apricot and pear; in the mouth soft, elegant, vinous without excess, pleasantly on the acidic thread, with good persistence.

Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 gr Grapes: 100% Sangiovese. Soil type: clayey with south-east and south-west exposure and altitude, from 200 to 250 meters above sea level. Training system: espalier, with spurred cordon. Yield per hectare: 12 tons. Care in the preparation: manual harvest from the third decade of September. White vinification of the black Sangiovese grapes with aging rosé. Aging: in stainless steel tanks.
