A vintage produced with only first pressing wine, with 5 years of aging in the cellars.

Grapes: Chardonnay (50%) - Pinot Noir (50%). Collected mainly from the Grands Crus of the Montagne de Reims and on the border of the Vallée de la Marne. Body: mature, powerful and complex. Bouquet: ripe fruit with white fruits and yellow flesh such as Williams pear, Reine Claude plum and Mirabelle plums. This is followed by notes of white flowers and dried fruit. Taste: fresh, rich, ripe and generous. The mid-palate is dominated by fruit in syrup, followed by slightly golden notes at the end. Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, this wine is also the perfect accompaniment for fish in sauce or white meats.
