Confezione: 1 bottiglia da 0,75 ltZona di produzione: Vigneti di proprietà nella zona collinare del versante sud del Comune di Montalcino.Altitudine: dai 120 metri s.l.m. (Syrah) ai 230 metri s.l.m. (Sangiovese).Giacitura: collinaUvaggio: Cabernet Sauvignon - Merlot - Sangiovese - SyrahMetodo di produzione: Le quattro varietà sono vinificate separatamente in tini combinati in acciaio e legno Horizon a temperatura controllata, con macerazione pre-fermentativa a freddo(14°C) per 2 giorni. Segue una macerazione a 22°C fino agli ultimi 2 giorni di fermentazione alcolica quando la temperatura viene portata a 27°C. Dopo la fermentazione alcolica i vini vengono travasati, separatamente, in barrique, dove svolgono la fermentazione malolattica e dove si affinano per circa 6 mesi. Al termine di questo periodo viene realizzato l’assemblaggio, che invecchia per 6 mesi in barrique e si affina per ulteriori 6 mesi in bottiglia.
