La produzione del Barbaresco Reyna dell’azienda Michele Chiarlo è assai limitata, in quanto solo nelle posizioni vocate dei comuni di Barbaresco, Treiso e Neive è possibile impiantare vigneti di Nebbiolo per la sua produzione. Michele Chiarlo ha seguito da sempre in questa prestigiosa zona alcuni dei principi fondamentali per la produzione di un vino eccellente: scegliendo terreni vocati con un'eccellente esposizione, limitando la resa per ceppo e seguendo con estrema cura le operazioni di vinificazione e invecchiamento.Sono questi i soli "segreti" della qualità del Barbaresco Michele Chiarlo. Il colore è rosso granato con riflessi aranciati, il profumo è etereo, delicato, complesso; si avvertono frutti di bosco, pepe verde e spezie delicate. Il sapore è ampio, elegante, aristocratico e lo rende adatto ad arrosti e selvaggina e a formaggi a media stagionatura.E’ consigliabile berlo nei primi 12-15 anni.

Since 1956, Michele Chiarlo has vinified the essence of Piedmont, enhancing the incredible one of the most loved wine territory in the world. Michele, who comes from a family of small wine producers, runs the winery together with his sons Alberto and Stefano and controls over 100 hectares of large vineyards in Piedmont, one of the most interesting Italian regions from a wine point of view. In particular, Langhe and Monferrato recently declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. These wines, exported to 56 countries, have had the most important awards of the Italian and international press.
