The estate is a historic site in the production of Taurasi, located in the southernmost area of the DOCG area. It plays an important role for the cultivation of Aglianico del Radici Taurasi DOCG grapes and in particular for the Reserve. Here the decisive temperature variations and the slower maturation trend determine the conditions for a late harvest, usually in November, offering richer grapes in tannins noble and acidity, such as to enhance the characteristics of longevity. For these reasons, the Radici Taurasi Reserve is chosen to best express these organoleptic prerogatives.
