Fattoria del Cerro, ubicata in località Acquaviva a Montepulciano (SI), con i suoi 94 ettari iscritti all’Albo del Vino Nobile, è la più grande realtà privata produttrice di Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.L’ampiezza e la varietà di esposizione dei suoi vigneti garantiscono la possibilità di selezionare, a seconda dell’annata, le migliori uve.

Confezione: 1 bottiglia da 0,75 ltZona di produzione: Le zone collinari di Acquaviva di Montepulciano (SI).Vinificazione e Maturazione: Le uve vengono vendemmiate mantenendole separate per tipologia e appezzamento; fermentazione con macerazione in serbatoi di acciaio per 12-15 giorni a temperatura controllata (24°-28°C) con rimontaggi giornalieri e délestage; alla svinatura i vini vengono trasferiti in botti grandi di rovere dove effettueranno la fermentazione malolattica e rimarranno per 18 mesi seguiti da alcuni mesi in bottiglia.Note di degustazione: La percezione dei frutti neri e della ciliegia al naso accompagna il palato con fini note speziate, gusto equilibrato con evidente ma discreta componente tannica.Temperatura di servizio: Servire in bicchieri di vino dimensioni medie a 16°-18° C.Abbinamenti: Ottimo abbinato ad antipasti, primi piatti conditi con sughi di carne, paste ripiene, secondi di carni rosse alla griglia o in casseruola.
