"Gran Malaga" is a revisited version of the typical dessert of the Natalia tradition, filled with delicious Catalan cream and covered with a delicious dark chocolate and sugar crystals icing. Made with sultanas but without candied citrus.

Packaging: 2 panettone of 950 gr Ingredients: Wheat flour, Catalan cream 22% (sugar, glucose syrup, water, egg yolk, skimmed milk powder, cream powder, flavorings, stabilizers: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate), sultanas 13%, butter, sugar, egg yolk, natural mother yeast (contains wheat), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin - sunflower lecithin, invert sugar syrup, salt, wheat malt, natural flavors, vanilla extract from berries of Madagascar. Coating ingredients 16%: dark chocolate 71% (cocoa mass, sugar, low-fat cocoa powder, butter, soy lecithin emulsifier, natural vanilla flavoring), sugar crystals 29%. Alergens: May contain traces of nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios). It does not contain genetically modified ingredients (No GMOs). Store away from heat sources and away from direct sunlight.
