Ingredients: Wheat flour, candied orange peel 19% (orange peel 52%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, concentrated lemon juice), butter, raisins 8%, sugar, pasteurized egg yolk ( free-range eggs), natural mother yeast (wheat flour, water), mono- and diglyceride emulsifiers of fatty acids of vegetable origin and sunflower lecithin, sugar syrup, salt, malted wheat flour, natural flavors, extract of vanilla from Madagascar berries.
Ingredients Icing 17%: sugar, almonds 13%, pasteurized egg white (eggs from farmed on the ground), hazelnuts, bitter kernels, rice flour.
