The LE VOLPARE vineyard covers 10 hectares, of which 5 are in production, is between 12-18 years old. Located at an altitude of about 250 m above sea level, the soil is mainly basaltic-lava (volcanic) and the plant is half Guyot and half in Pergola Veronese. The yield is about 70 quintals/ha and the harvest is still manual.

Packaging: 3 bottles of 75 cl Grapes: 100% Garganega. Vineyard: Le Volpare, on Mount Foscarino, in the Classic area of the municipality of Monteforte d'Alpone. Alcohol content: 12% Vol. Maturation: 6 months of aging in stainless steel tanks. Tasting notes: The color is bright straw yellow, the aroma is elegant and delicately fruity. With a well-structured and harmonious flavor, with notes of almond. Pairings: appetizers, risotto, fish, fresh and semi-mature cheeses. Serving temperature: 10-12°C
