AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO DOCG 2018 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
The jewel in the crown of the Tommasi family. The great finesse and structure, with a complex and velvety flavor, make this wine unique.
Color: Intense ruby red
Aroma: Intense, of great finesse, with hints of ripe cherry and plum
Taste: Complex, velvety and full-bodied, with typical grape characteristics withered.
Grapes: Corvina Veronese 50%, Corvinone 15%, Rondinella 30%, Oseleta 5%
Origin: Hilly area of Valpolicella Classica, from the prestigious La Groletta and Conca D'ORO vineyards.
Vinification and aging: Drying of the grapes for 3 months in the fruit cellar, 15 days of vinification in wooden barrels. 3 years of aging in 35 Hl Slavonian oak barrels.
Alcohol content: 15% Vol.
Serving temperature: 18° C

the dried grapes used for the production of Amarone, immediately after fermentation it is made go over the best selection of Valpolicella, to start the second fermentation that enriches the bouquet of aromas, the alcohol content, and the complexity of this wine.
Color: Intense ruby red
Aroma: Intense with hints of ripe cherry and plum
Taste: Fresh and persistent, with soft and silky tannins. Dominant cherry, vanilla notes.
Grapes: Corvina Veronese 70% - Rondinella 25% - Corvinone 5%
Origin: Hilly area of Valpolicella Classica, Conca d'Oro vineyards, La Groletta, Valpolicella Classica.
Vinification and aging: Fermentation in steel barrels for about 9 days. Refermented on the Amarone pomace for about 12/13 days. 15 months in 65 hl Slavonian oak barrels. 6 months of aging in bottle.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Serving temperature: 16-18° C

RAFAEL VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO SUPERIORE DOC 2019 - 1 0.75 lt bottle
This wine stands out for its lively ruby red color and ample bouquet. Elegance is certainly the best adjective that describes Rafael's character.

Aroma: Intense with hints of ripe cherry, red fruits, floral and slightly spicy notes.
Taste: Elegant on the palate and persistent, with soft tannins.

Origin: From the homonymous Rafaèl Vineyard, the first historic vineyard of the Tommasi family in the Valpolicella Classica
Vinification: Fermentation at controlled temperature of 25/30°C.
Aging: 12 months in 65 hl Slavonian oak barrels
Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol.
Serving temperature: 14-16°C
