Three bottles of Amarone “Pietro Dal Cero”, of different vintage, in an elegant serigraphed wooden box to give and treat yourself to a vertical tasting of these renowned labels.
Today Igino, Gian Franco and Anna Maria return to the eastern lands of Verona, the birthplace of his father Pietro, to whom this bottle is dedicated, to reaffirm their history and reassaporate the wind of those places. They do it with a wine emblem of Veronese wine production in the world, Amarone.
The ruby color abducts for its timbre and intensity. The fruit is exuberant with a pleasant black cherry that blends with notes of chocolate and sweet spices. The finesse elevates the floral component and purpuree pink. Balsamic notes emerge more and more convintently, with notes of star anise and wild mint. The tertiary elements are subtle and allow pleasant notes of arabica and gentle tobacco to be perceived.
At the table it finds its maximum expression with mature cheeses, long-cooked meats, braised meat and game.

Le uve di ogni vigneto vengono vinificate separatamente per far risaltare il loro particolare “terroir”.Vini integri e longevi vengono creati da un meticoloso rispetto per la materia prima e dal forte legame con il territorio.
