Colore giallo paglierino abbastanza pronunciato in uno sfondo a riflessi verdognoli. Profumo sfumatamente aromatico, intenso e fragrante, ricorda le sensazioni dei frutti tropicali e nel contempo della macchia mediterranea. Sapore secco pieno e persistente di beva morbida.

Vitigno: Vermentino Gradazione alcolica: 13-13,5% Vol. Vinificazione: Raccolta delle uve dopo accurato diradamento. La fermentazione avviene con il contatto della vinaccia. Imbottigliamento: Marzo/Aprile Abbinamenti: Si accosta a piatti di pesce con preparazione alla griglia e crostacei.

I vini Bisson nascono gli albori del 1978 quando Pierluigi Lugano, maestro d’arte e sommelier affermato, decide di valorizzare le uve della Rivera Ligure del Levante. Gli ottimi risultati ottenuti hanno permesso di far rivivere veri e propri vini liguri autoctoni che ormai erano praticamente scomparsi, come per esempio la “Bianchetta Genovese” ed il “Ciliegiolo” e di creare nuove intuizioni come il “Musaico”. Lo spumante Abissi è una bollicina dal grande fascino. Viene posta a mutare per tredici mesi nei fondali della “Baia del Silenzio” a circa 40 metri di profondità. Bisson, vini affascinanti da non perdere.
