This grape variety, which takes its name from the Swiss agronomist from Thurgau (Thurgau) Hermann Müller, is widespread all over the world and offers aromatic and ready-to-drink white wines. The grapes that are grown in the South Tyrolean Isarco Valley, give the wine the typical hint of nutmeg and a pleasant note of elderberry.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Variety: Müller Thurgau, a cross between Riesling and Madeleine Royal. Production area: Valle Isarco and Renon between 600 and 700 m above sea level Harvest: from mid-September to mid-October. Vinification: soft pressing of the selected grapes, fermentation at controlled temperature and maturation in steel tanks for the freshness of the wine. Colour: light straw yellow with greenish reflections. Bouquet: aromatic and fruity with hints of white melon, apple and hay, notes of nutmeg. Taste: fresh and elegant, aromatic and pleasantly full. Pairing: as an aperitif, with fish and light dishes, vegetarian dishes and poultry. Serving temperature: 10-12° C Alcohol: 12.5% vol.
