The Gewurztraminer from the Kofererhof winery is an aromatic, exuberant and very rich white wine from the Isarco Valley, vinified only in steel. It smells of exotic fruits, yellow flowers, citrus fruits and aromatic herbs. The taste is intense, rich, articulate, soft, fruity and enveloping, with a long persistence.
Packaging: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt Name: South Tyrol/Sudtirol DOC Grape varieties: Gewurztraminer 100% Gradation: 13.5% Vol. Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. Aging - maturation: 8 months in steel Color: Pale golden yellow. Bouquet: Rich and intense, of tropical fruits, citrus fruits, yellow flowers and aromatic herbs. Taste: Soft, round, enveloping, very rich, savory, fruity and citrus. Serving temperature: 8-10° C When to drink: Excellent wine to drink now, but which can have a nice evolution if left to rest for some time in the cellar. You can easily cellar it for 3-4 years.
