We choose the best clones with the belief that knowledge of this vine gives man the opportunity to make the aromatic wine par excellence. With its aromas and a delicate fruity scent, Sauvignon is fantastic when combined with dishes such as asparagus declined in all its forms and excels with fish and shellfish dishes.
Grape variety: Sauvignon Blanc 100%
Wine classification: IGT Trevenezie
Cultivation method: Guyot with 6,000 vines per hectare
Fermentation: with selected yeasts and fermentation temperature control from 16 to 18 °C.
Maturation and ageing: in stainless steel tanks on its lees for 6 months.
Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C
PINOT GRIGIO DOC VENEZIA 2021 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
A great job in the vineyard to give maturity and character to the wine too. Thus was born Pinot Grigio which is the result of precise and constant manual work and which with its craftsmanship best expresses the style of the territory.

Cultivation method: Guyot with 6,500 vines per hectare and Sylvoz with 3,000 vines per hectare.
