One of the largest and least understood red vines in Italy is Refosco. This was stated by Prof. Dubourdieu, authoritative master of world oenology. Our maniacally cared for vineyards give a wine that is sometimes mysterious and intriguing, but with a strong personality.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Grape variety: Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso 100% Wine classification: DOC Lison Pramaggiore Cultivation method: Guyot with 5,500 strains per hectare Fermentation: in cement tanks at a controlled temperature between 24 and 26° C. Maturation and aging: an aging of about 6 months in cement tanks. Serving temperature: 16 - 18 °C
