Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay Wine classification: DOC Venezia Cultivation method: Guyot with 6,500 vines per hectare Fermentation: with selected yeasts and fermentation temperature control from 16 to 18 °C. Maturation and ageing: in stainless steel tanks on its lees for 6 months. Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C
