A wine that takes the name of Socrates' favorite student, it is a blend of Chardonnay (90%) and Sauvignon Blanc (10%). Two vines perfectly set in our Rosaneti and Critone estates that contribute to the production of a fresh and savory wine, but at the same time deep and persistent: our idea of white international.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Municipality of production: Critone Company in the countryside of Strongoli and Rosaneti in the countryside of Rocca di Neto/Casabona Region of production: Calabria Grapes: Chardonnay 90%, Sauvignon 10% Soil type: clayey, calcareous System of cultivation and planting density: spurred cordon, 5000 plants per hectare. Yield per hectare: 80 quintals - 52 hectoliters Harvest time: end of August, first week of September Vinification: in thermo-conditioned steel, with soft pressing of the grapes. Aging: in steel, with a short stay in the bottle for a few months before release. Optimal period of wine consumption: from one to three years
