Pinot Noir, a grape variety of French origin, has found its ideal habitat in some areas of Trentino. Cultivated mainly on the foothills of the municipality of Lavis and Giovo, it reaches its optimal level of maturity only after a long stay in the plant. With a pale ruby red color, the wine has an intense aroma with hints of cherry and cherry that slowly ends in a pleasant and typical aroma of undergrowth red fruits. The mouth, the wine is delicate and fruity, while the dense and silky tannins give it a full and pleasantly long taste.
