Gewürztraminer is an aromatic vine of Alsatian origin, grown for many years in some microzones of the Pressano hills, where soils rich in clay, well meet the nutritional needs of grape. A wine with a strong aroma, structured and full-bodied, this Gewürztraminer shows a rather intense golden yellow color, with a floral and spicy scent of cloves and nutmeg. In the mouth, the full and consistent body, envelops the entire palate.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Grape variety: Gewürztraminer Production area: Lavis, Furli, Pressano, Carlovi and lower Cembra Valley Exposure and altitude: South; 350 m a.s.l. Soil composition: frank, deep, originating from deposits with predominantly siltitic lithology. Training system: Guyot and simple Trentino pergola Planting density: 5,000 vines/ha Winemaking: manual harvesting in the third decade of September, soft pressing in an inert atmosphere, static decantation of musts, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, aging on lysis for about 5/6 months, before bottling.
