Serrano is a wine that expresses the typicality that distinguishes Rosso Conero Doc. It comes from the blend between Montepulciano and a small part of Sangiovese, both vinified with techniques aimed at enhancing fruit and pleasantness, typical of the production area close to the Adriatic Sea.
Grape variety: Montepulciano 85%, Sangiovese 15%
Production area: Marche, Conero
Pairings: A particular vocation for stuffed pasta, grilled dishes, porchetta, game and braised meats, as well as rich platter of aged and spicy cheeses.

San Lorenzo takes its name from the vineyard of the municipality of Osimo in which it was born. It is a wine that wants to express, through the excellent gustatory impact and the enveloping warmth of the round tannins that characterize it, all the potential of the combination between the cultivation territory and the Montepulciano grape variety. The large oak barrels, kept in the suggestive Osimo barrel, in which the San Lorenzo is refined, contribute to enhancing these characteristics.

Fonte del Re is a place name that indicates the place where a an ancient source near Morro d'Alba, the town on the hills of the Marche that since 1985 also gives its name to the Doc. Lacrima, so called for the characteristic drop that tears from the bunch when the grapes are fully ripe, is a vine known since ancient times. Saved from extinction, today it is grown in a very small production area around Morro d'Alba (AN), about 15 km from the Adriatic Sea.
Grape variety: Tear 100%
Production area: Marche
Pairings: Traditionally it goes well with typical local cured meats such as larded Fabriano or ciavuscolo, first courses based on red sauce and meat sauce, and if- seasoned white meat dishes. It can also be combined with marinated blue fish appetizers or in carpione with the same wine and some types of seafood soup. Also excellent with semi-hard cheeses.
