White wine with a straw yellow color with slight green reflections, characterized by a fine and persuasive bouquet, among the scents are recognized: rennet apple, musk, sour cherry and sweet citrus notes, lime and cedar. The taste is lively thanks to the pleasant acid note, the aftertaste is fresh and balsamic, mentholated with hints of thyme.

Defense methods: Integrated pest control with

Harvest time: First and second ten days of September.

Vinification: The grapes are gently de-stemmed and left in maceration for a short time.
Subsequently, it is softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified by decantation. The must then ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel containers.
Aging: At the end of fermentation, the wine is kept on the lees in stainless steel containers for six months. Bottled wine is normally stored in thermo-conditioned rooms for about two months.
