This box contains a mix composed of slices that have as its main characteristic that of having flours composed of high quality grains such as Spelt and Senatore Cappelli, these grains that have important organoleptic properties give the product great friability and digestibility. In addition to spelled and Senatore Cappelli, we also included the wholemeal one, rich in fiber and very fragrant thanks to the extra blueberry jam.
SPELT AND APRICOT - 2 packs of 200 gr
Spelt flour, one of the oldest and most important cereals of the grass family, rich in proteins and B vitamins, contains a large amount of fiber and mineral salts. The combination with apricot jam was born after several tests, we wanted to combine a fruit that was fragrant and at the same time unobtrusive leaving the taste of wheat in the mouth. This partnership turned out to be very good as well as valid in nutritional terms. All mixed with a good Italian extra virgin olive oil. Excellent both alone as snacks and accompanied by jams and jams. Very good also consumed in combination with yogurt.
Ingredients: Whole SPELT flour 50.5% - soft WHEAT flour - - 5.6% extra virgin olive oil - 4.5% apricot jam (60% fruit puree - glucose/fructose syrup - sugar - gelling agent: pectin — acidity regulator: citric acid) whole cane sugar 3.4% - SPELT sourdough - BARLEY malt - sea salt - natural flavors.

SENATORE CAPPELLI CHOCOLATE AND ORANGE SLICES - 2 packs of 200 gr
The origins of this flour date back to the early 1900s thanks to intuition of an Italian agronomist. Today it is highly appreciated for its nutritional properties and for its aromatic and persistent taste. We combined Senatore Cappelli flour with cocoa and orange jam, this makes the slices delicious but at the same time healthy and balanced. As with the other slices, we only use extra virgin olive oil to give it a much healthier character and ; a splendid friability also given by natural leavening and sourdough. Excellent both alone and accompanied by a jam. We recommend trying them soaked in orange juice, the explosion of flavor will amaze you.

In perfect “Verisani” style, this slice combines wholemeal flour with a marked personality and strong fragrance, with jam extra blueberry that softens the product making it very fragrant, pleasant and balanced. As with all other slices, we use a good 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil. The product also has an extraordinary friability thanks to the sourdough and the 12 hours of natural leavening. Particularly suitable for soaking both in milk, fruit juices or tea, it is absolutely pleasant consumed even alone as a healthy and natural “hunger break”.
