This box contains a mix consisting of the two most delicious slices, the first with multigrain flour, chocolate chips and extra pear jam, the second with Senatore Cappelli wheat, chocolate and orange jam. Two typical pastry combinations for a combination of perfect flavors and scent, excellent soaked but also eaten alone as a hunger-breaking snack thanks to the single-portion packs to be able to be brought even at work. Simple and high quality ingredients, but above all mother yeast and extra virgin olive oil that make them highly digestible.
SENATORE CAPPELLI RUSKS, CHOCOLATE AND ORANGE - 3 packs of 200 gr
The origins of this flour date back to the early 1900s thanks to the intuition of an Italian agronomist. Today it is highly appreciated for its nutritional properties and for its aromatic and persistent taste. We combined Senatore Cappelli flour with cocoa and orange jam, this makes the slices delicious but at the same time healthy and balanced. As with the other slices, we only use extra virgin olive oil to give it a much healthier character and ; a splendid friability also given by natural leavening and sourdough. Excellent both alone and accompanied by a jam. We recommend trying them soaked in orange juice, the explosion of flavor will amaze you.

For this slice, certainly one of the most particular of the entire line, we have & nbsp; used a flour composed of a mix of cereals such as spelled, oats, barley and Senatore Cappelli wheat. This flour obtained from the milling of high quality cereals, has a rather marked character, refined by the combination with chocolate chips and extra pear jam. This gives the slice an absolutely pleasant taste that makes it good either soaked or eaten alone. This is how a tasty but at the same time extremely healthy product is born. Very good with jams and jams perhaps accompanied with a good fruit juice or tea.
