The origins of this flour date back to the early 1900s thanks to the intuition of an Italian agronomist. Today it is highly appreciated for its nutritional properties and for its aromatic and persistent taste. We combined Senatore Cappelli flour with cocoa and orange jam, this makes the slices delicious but at the same time healthy and balanced. As with the other slices, we only use extra virgin olive oil to give it a much healthier character and ; a splendid friability also given by natural leavening and sourdough. Excellent both alone and accompanied by a jam. We recommend trying them soaked in orange juice, the explosion of flavor will amaze you.

of 200 gr Ingredients: Senatore Cappelli wholemeal wheat flour 55% - Soft WHEAT flour - 6.5% extra virgin olive oil - 5% whole cane sugar - 4% Orange Jam (60% orange pulp and peel - glucose/fructose syrup - sugar - gelling agent: pectin - acidity regulator: citric acid) - WHEAT sourdough - BARLEY malt - drops 4% chocolate (cocoa mass 54% - sugar - emulsifier: sunflower lecithin - natural vanilla flavor) - CAROB seed flour - sea salt - natural flavors.
It may contain traces of nuts, soy, eggs and sesame seeds.
Shelf life: 8 months from the date of production.
