In perfect “Verisani” style, this slice combines wholemeal flour with a marked personality and strong fragrance, with the extra blueberry jam that softens the product making it very fragrant, pleasant and balanced. As with all other slices, we use a good 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil. The product also has an extraordinary friability thanks to the sourdough and the 12 hours of natural leavening. Particularly suitable for soaking both in milk, fruit juices or tea, it is absolutely pleasant consumed even alone as a healthy and natural “hunger break”.
