For this cookie, we used a flour consisting of a mix of cereals, such as spelt, oats, barley, buckwheat and corn. This flour strictly ground into stone, combined with chocolate chips and pear jam for a sweet note that gives the biscuit unique nutritional properties and absolute value in addition to a firm taste. This is how a greedy cookie but at the same time extremely healthy, excellent soaked or paired with a good low-fat yogurt.

of 300 gr Ingredients: Soft Wheat flour, raw beet sugar, Multicereal flour 12% (Buckwheat, Rice, Barley, Corn, Spelt, Rye, Soy, Oats, Soft Wheat, Antique grains, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds), egg mix, e.v.o oil, dark chocolate chips 7.1% (cocoa, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), Whites, 4% pear jam (pear, sugar, gelling agent: fruit pectin; acidity regulator: citric acid), raising agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium carbonate, wheat starch, anti-caking agent: calcium carbonate), natural aroma, salt. May contain traces of: soy, nuts, sesame and eggs.
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of packaging.
