Spelt flour is rich in protein and B vitamins, it contains a large amount of fiber and mineral salts, ground to stone, in addition, it does not affect the organoleptic properties of wheat. We decided to match the apple because it is a fruit particularly rich in vitamins and goes very well with the taste of spelt.
Very delicate biscuit, suitable for soaking both in tea and milk, very good also on its own as a snack break.

of 300 gr Ingredients: wheat flour, raw beet sugar, spelt flour 12%, egg mix, oil e.v.o. 11,5%, apple jam 5,6% (apple, gelling agent: Fruit pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid), egg white, raising agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium carbonate, wheat starch, anti-caking agent: calcium carbonate), salt, natural flavor.
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of packaging.
