Tenuta Mosole 3 bottles - Cabernet Franc DOC Venice 2020

This grape variety arrives in the North East at the beginning of the 19th century, immediately becoming a fine wine in our territory. The characteristic note of hay and black pepper together with the soft tannin on the palate make it an unmistakable wine. Here is our interpretation of which we are proud.

Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Grape variety: Cabernet Franc 100% Wine classification: DOC Venezia Cultivation method: Guyot from 4,500 to 5,500 vines per hectare Fermentation: in Cement tanks at a controlled temperature between 24 and 26° C. Maturation and aging: an aging of about 6 months in cement tanks. Serving temperature: 16 - 18 °C
