This champagne reveals both the finesse and lightness of the Chardonnay, the body and character of Pinot Noir. On the nose aromas of white flowers and small pastry. It is fine and of character.

Grape varieties: 50% chardonnay and 50% pinot noir from the 2013 harvest.
Vinification: Performs malolactic fermentation and matures sur lie for at least 6 years before the dégorgement. The dosage is 9 g/l.

Il Castello neorinascimentale è stato edificato tra il 1843 e il 1849, sulla riva destra della Marne, grazie al contributo finanziario di Madame Veuve Clicquot. Nel 1927 l’elaborazione della prima Cuvée dell’azienda e l’uscita sul mercato del marchio Château de Boursault, prima etichetta di Champagne con l’appellativo Château. Nello stesso anno è stato acquistato da Achod Fringhian, padre dell’attuale proprietario. Negli anni ’60, oltre all’acquisto di alcune parcelle di vigneto, è stato creato il vignoble “clos” del castello.
