Champagne as an aperitif par excellence, the Tradition cuvée by Champagne Château de Boursault combines harmony and elegance to the palate. Its freshness, its fruity citrus and its lightness make it an ideal champagne to be enjoyed as an aperitif.

Grape varieties: 40% Meunier, 35% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir.
Vinification: Performs malolactic fermentation and matures sur lie for at least 3 years before the dégorgement. The dosage is classic of about 9 g/l.
Pairings: salmon, tuna, seafood, sweet and soft cheeses.

Il Castello neorinascimentale è stato edificato tra il 1843 e il 1849, sulla riva destra della Marne, grazie al contributo finanziario di Madame Veuve Clicquot. Nel 1927 l’elaborazione della prima Cuvée dell’azienda e l’uscita sul mercato del marchio Château de Boursault, prima etichetta di Champagne con l’appellativo Château. Nello stesso anno è stato acquistato da Achod Fringhian, padre dell’attuale proprietario. Negli anni ’60, oltre all’acquisto di alcune parcelle di vigneto, è stato creato il vignoble “clos” del castello.
