The Brut Nature Dosega Zero by Gremillet is floral and intense. The zero dosage requires great attention in the choice of blend and aging times.

Grape variety: 50% pinot noir - 50% chardonnay
Beautiful golden color, slight amber reflections and great brightness. Shining, crystalline, with a fine and persistent bubble.
The nose is like a breath of fresh spring air, with hints of crispy baked products. Reminiscent of a summer garden, or a sunny morning. Hints of dried fruit, walnuts and almonds and herbaceous notes.
In the mouth reveals a perfect balance between vivacity and creaminess. Noble and elegant.
Perfect with gourmet appetizers, oysters, fish raw and fresh shrimp. Also perfect with a saffron risotto or a foie gras escalope.
