Les Riceys is the only wine village in the whole France to boast three denominations of controlled origin (Champagne, Coteaux Champenois, Rose des Riceys). The Guy De Forez house is located in a 17th century farmhouse with beautiful cellars and vaulted attics. Francis Wenner and his wife Sylvie are heirs to a family tradition as a vigneron dating back to the 17th century. Francis is a passionate self-taught person who has worked in contact with prestigious oenologists and very sensitive to ecological issues. Pioneer of integrated struggle, since 1990 he has been raising vineyards according to the concepts of sustainable agriculture and in 2012 he obtained the TERRA VITIS certification, followed in 2018 by the HVE one.
