The Valentin cuvée is the expression of the best grapes from Verzy, villagegrand cru of the mountain of Reims, and is the result of Vincent's love for the fglioValentin (hence the name). Assembly of pinot noir for 70% and for the remaining30% chardonnay. Complex and harmonious, with notes of pink grapefruit, lemon,zagara, almond paste, herbs. The sip is citrus, creamy andenergetic, fnissima bubbly and with a crystalline minerality. Infne, aclosure, very long, of salt and freshness. Package: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt

Passing through the centuries-old and lush trees of the Foret de Montagne, the highest point of the so-called Reims mountain, we arrive in Verzy, a municipality that boasts the prestigious grand cru classification. In the center of the village is the small but prestigious Fresnet-Juillet maison. It all began in 1950: Gerard Fresnet, as soon as he left the Avize viticulture school, decides to develop his own Champagnes. Today it is his nephew Vincent, a trained oenologist, who leads the vineyards of his own according to the principles of the “lutte raisonnée”. It produces about 45,000 bottles of champagne, with a precise and measured style, considered excellent and that it processes year after year, without the irregularities that afflict many small producers. For this reason, it has recently earned the recognition of “producteur d'excellence” by the Italian guide Grandi Champagne.
