The history of Ruinart Rosé is written beginning in the 18th century. Although we are now separated 250 years from the creation of the Rosé Champagne of the Maison Ruinart, excellence, fundamental value, continues to characterize the production of this delicate wine.The colour is a delicate garnet pink with slightly orange reflections. The effervescence is lively and light, with a persistent perlage.The nose is fresh and delicate with aromas of exotic fruits (guava, lychee) and small red fruits (raspberry, cherry, strawberry). The notes of rose and pomegranate complete its complex and intense aromatic profile. Package: 1 bottle of 0.75 ltName: Champagne AOCVines: Pinot Noir 55%, Chardonnay 45%Assembly: Its typicality is explained by the unique balance of the assembly of Chardonnay, the symbol of the Maison, and Pinot Noir vinified in red. The freshness of the Chardonnay is fortified by the fullness of Pinot Noir.45% of Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, 55% of Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims and vallée de la Marne, of which 18 -19% vinified in red. 20 to 25% share of reserve wines from the previous two vintages.Harvest: manualFermentation: in heat-regulated stainless steel vats. For red wine, short maceration and light extraction. Malolactic fermentation.Dosage: 9 g/lGradation: 12.5%Serving temperature: 8/10 °CPairings: It is enhanced by raw ham of character (San Daniele or di Parma) cut thin. Ruinart is one of the most important names in of the Champagne galaxy, a real symbol of the most renowned region in the world for the production of large bubbles. The history of this world-famous fashion house is legendary and its origins date back to the 17th century, when the Benedictine monk Dom Thierry Ruinart (1657-1709) noticed its high popularity collected from the wines of his region in all areas of Europe and begins to collaborate with Abbot Dom Perignon, from whom he learns the secrets of the Champenoise method. His nephew Nicolas in 1729 founded the Maison Ruinart, which holds the record of the oldest Champagne producer. After almost three centuries of history, this house has been able to keep its records high, combining pride and tradition with an inimitable quality. Its name occupies a leading place in the legend of the largest and most prestigious bottles, placing itself at the top of international excellence.
