Champagne whose strength and full body fans that it can be combined with many dishes, from sea bass in salt crust, pigeon psalms, mature soft cheeses to meringue cake. Pale gold color, bright, bright and crystalline with a very fine perlage. Bouquet of multiple aromas, powerful, rich and sumptuous. Packaging: 1 bottle of 0,75 lt Grapes: Pinot Noir 100% Primo Couvè: Only the first cuvée is used to make this Champagne. Fermentation: first fermentation at 16° C followed by malolactic fermentation, carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at a temperature of 18° C. years. Dosage: extra brut 7 g/l
