Excellent Champagne throughout the meal, fruit of the 2015 harvest, of a beautiful pale golden color, sparkling, bright and crystal clear. Fresh and ripe bouquet with hints of fruit and flowers and a long finish of honey and spices. The taste is a pleasant surprise, a Champagne of great finesse, with a fine and velvety perlage able to slip around the mouth like a mousse.
Packaging: 1 bottle of 0,75 ltGrapes: Pinot Noir 70% - Chardonnay 30% Primo Couvè: Only the first cuvée is used to make this Champagne. Fermentation: first fermentation at 16° C followed by malolactic fermentation, carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at a temperature of 18° C. Ageing: on the lees for 3 years. Dosage: extra brut 5,5 g/l Draught: performed at 16 gr instead of 25 gr, in other words, there is 30% less pressure to ensure thinner bubbles.
