Viola Numerotre is a double malt blonde refermented in the bottle of an intense yellow, slightly amber color, obtained using traditional German hops, and the American Cascade, which make the balanced and intense number three.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 75 cl Features: The use of barley malts (Pilsner, Vienna, Caramel Light) gives the beer notes of cereals and malt, while the intense floral and exotic fruit aroma is enhanced by the technique of dry hopping. The second fermentation in the bottle guarantees the second fermentation, which is white and compact, and also the evolution of aromas and taste over time. Note: light yeast glazes are an indication of the quality, authenticity and craftsmanship of the product, which, in order to maintain its best, must be stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
