CURED RAW HAM FROM “CINTA SENESE DOP”
Product obtained from the processing of fresh legs with pork bone, appropriately trimmed. The product is salted with garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper and subjected to drying, stewing, seasoning procedures according to times and methods that guarantee the acquisition of flavor characteristics and typical textures.
Ingredients: “Cinta Senese PDO” pork meat, salt, natural flavors, spices. Preservatives: E252.
SALAMI FROM “CINTA SENESE DOP”
Product obtained from the processing of chilled minced and mixed pork meat with the addition of salt, diced lard, additives and aromas. The meat mixture is stuffed into natural casings and subjected to drying, stewing, seasoning procedures according to times and methods that guarantee the acquisition of flavor characteristics and typical textures.
Ingredients: “Cinta Senese PDO” pork, salt, dextrose, sucrose, spices, natural flavors, antioxidant E300. Preservatives: E250, E252 - Inedible gut.
CAPOCOLLO DA “CINTA SENESE DOP”
Product obtained from the processing of fresh chilled pig capocolli, appropriately trimmed and subjected to temperature salting controlled and subsequently to drying, stewing, wrapping and seasoning procedures according to times and methods that guarantee the acquisition of the typical flavor and texture characteristics.
Ingredients: “Cinta Senese PDO” pork, dextrose salt, sucrose, salt, antioss. E300, natural flavors, spices. Preservatives: E250, E252.
LARD FROM “CINTA SENESE DOP”
Product obtained from the processing of fresh fat from Cinta Senese pig, appropriately trimmed. The product is aged inside a marble “basin” for a year, with salt and aromas that guarantee the acquisition of the typical flavor and texture characteristics.
Ingredients: pork fat, salt, pepper aromas.
“CANAIOLO” IGT ROSSO TOSCANO 2020
Ruby red with strong floral hints of rose, medium-bodied, fresh and fragrant.
