Classic Artisan Panettone, with its characteristic dome shape and the unmistakable flavor of sourdough baked confectionery product.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, fresh eggs, candied fruit (orange and cedar peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifier: citric acid), sultanas, natural yeast, sugar, butter, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (of vegetable origin), whole milk, fresh egg yolk, glucose syrup, salt, skimmed milk powder, natural flavors.
It may contain traces of nuts and soy.
