Rustichella Abruzzo-obso Sweet Zunza with Anise 500 gr

Anise is the ingredient that is never missing in Abruzzo desserts. Tradition handed down its use in doughnuts, ferratelle and even combined with coffee. Zunza is an artisanal aniseed dessert with genuine products such as eggs, sugar and flour. The term “Zunza” is most likely to be linked to a root of the Arabic language, filtered by Spanish dialects, which links the word to the concept of nectar. The characteristic flavor is given by the contrast between the sweetness of the dough and the freshness of the anise. Outside, the Zunza is covered with almonds. Excellent to accompany creams, raisin wines and liqueurs.

It may contain traces of hazelnuts, pistachios and soy.
