Majani was founded in 1796 as a small artisan workshop in the heart of Bologna. The “Workshop of Sweet Things” managed by Teresa and her sons Romualdo and Francesco Majani was immediately a great success and evolves over time, giving life to the important chocolate company that today we know. After more than two hundred and twenty years, the company managed by the seventh generation of the Majani Family continues to make chocolate according to the traditional method starting from raw cocoa beans such as few do. The selection of the best varieties of fine aroma cocoa and the total control of the production chain — in particular the attention to roasting and conching times and temperatures — allow you to enhance the best organoleptic qualities of the finished product to create a unique product that makes you live a different chocolate experience.
