POLENTA WITH TRUFFLE - 1 pack 380 gr Stone-ground maize
flour flavored with dried summer truffle of Italian origin.
Ingredients: Stone-ground maize flour (Italian origin), summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) dried 1% Italian origin, aroma.
It may contain traces or spores of the genus tuber spp.
Directions for use: Rain the polenta in 1 liter of boiling salted water, stir continuously for about 30 minutes to avoid lumps; it must be smooth and homogeneous.
