Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep's milk and milk, salt, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1% Italian origin, water, aroma, rennet, cow's milk enzymes.

dressing based on Extra Virgin Olive Oil, ideal for first and second courses, excellent seasoning for croutons, pizza and cheeses.

Shelf life: 18 months from the date of packaging.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from sources of heat and direct light. After opening, consume within 30 days.

RUSTICA WITH TRUFFLE - 1 jar of 90 gr
Condiment based on mushrooms, olives and truffles, ideal for first and second courses, excellent condiment for croutons, pizza and cheeses.
Ingredients: Champignons (Agaricus bisporus) 72% grown in oil (60% champignons, sunflower oil, salt, rice starch, garlic, parsley, pepper, aromas, antioxidant: E300, corrector of acidity: E330, flavor enhancer: E621), black olives 25% (water, salt, stabilizer: E579), ANCHOVIES (olive oil, salt), summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 1% from EU, extra oil virgin olive, aroma.
