Chocolata Zest (so named because of its resemblance to the bark of a tree) was born in 1832 and is the first chocolate in solid form produced in Italy. The masters of Casa Majani have passed down for generations the special processing that gives a unique texture to the product, obtained from a mixture of 4 different varieties of cocoa.

of 250 gr Ingredients: cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla. May contain traces of hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, milk and soy.
Gluten free.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources and direct light.
Shelf life: 30 months

Da oltre 210 anni Majani prepara il cioccolato con le migliori materie prime, partendo dal seme di cacao crudo, seguendo tutt’ora le antiche ricette e i tradizionali metodi di lavorazione. Un procedimento lento, desueto, articolato e costoso che consente però di realizzare prodotti particolari e di rara fattura, nei quali la fragranza dei grani di cacao del prodotto finito ottiene la massima esaltazione. Lasciatevi ingolosire e stupire da confezioni ricche di aneddoti storici, come quelle della linea Fiat. Infatti, Nel 1911 la Casa torinese affidò a Majani la creazione di un cioccolatino per il lancio dell'automobile Fiat Tipo 4, per la quale il cremino venne realizzato a 4 strati.
