For its sauces and preparations, Quadro Meats and Salumi uses a few simple and selected ingredients: pulp of Italian veal and Piedmontese pork, fresh vegetables, tomato, a spice puff and a slow and Sweet baking. In this way you get products from the flavors of the past, genuine, ideal for seasoning your first courses.

Package: 6 jars
of 180 gr Ingredients: veal rosot sauce (60%), vegetable oil, onions, carrots, garlic, red wine (30%), spices, juniper berries, sea salt.
Shelf life: 2 years.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct light. After opening store in a refrigerator for a short time at +2°C.
