SALTED LARD - 300 gr
A lard with a particularly fresh and delicate flavor, almost sweet, with a fragrant scent rich in aromas, very coveted and sought after all over the world. Taste with honey or melon it is a real treat for the palate. Few people know that its salt is great for flavoring roasts and grills. It is a food with high nutritional value, rich in vitamins and essential fatty acids, which is consumed cleaned of the rind and any salt residues, cut into very thin slices placed on fresh bread freshly heated or enjoy together with the other cold cuts as an appetizer. It is often served on hot meat or fish dishes and is special on pizza. Ingredients: Gran Pig Padano lard, Cervia salt, black peppercorns and ground, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, garlic and rosemary, sugar: dextrose, preservative: sodium nitrite E250, potassium nitrate E252. WILD BOAR SALAMI - 200 gr
Wild boar salami is a typical cold cut from Piedmont, where this mammal is widespread in the wild. The strong and unmistakably wild taste of the wild boar combined with the dark red color of the salami dough, recalls the flavors and sensations of the forest and the mountains. Medium-aged sausage (from twenty days to a month of aging) is made from lean wild boar meat mixed with pork following the dictates of the Piedmontese tradition. Ingredients: Pork, pork fat, boar meat 60%, salt, sugars: dextrose, sucrose, aromas and spices. Antioxidant: sodium ascorbate E301, potassium nitrate E252.

TRUFFLE SALAMI - 250 gr
Sweet and pungent, penetrating and fragrant. You either love it or hate it, or you come over it or you keep away from it. The truffle is like that, it does not allow almost half measures. That's why even the starting credentials of this Truffle Salami are those of a “car”, an “out of altitude”. Sweet and tasty, perfect in the distribution of fat and eager to be blessed, to be sliced to express even more the scent of black truffle.
It is the special ingredient for a tasting of vintage red wines, because a bite attracts a sip and vice versa. To accompany it, just a breadstick or a bit of durum wheat bread. Another interesting combination is that with the classic fried egg. Just slice 6-8 slices of very fine black truffle salami, cook 3 fried eggs, and cover them with salami in the last 3 minutes of cooking. Ingredients: Pork, pork fat, salt, preparation based on summer truffles (summer truffle tritume (tuber aestivum vitt), summer truffle juice (tuber aestivum vitt), salt) (summer truffle in the finished product (2,5%), sugars: dextrose, sucrose, natural flavourings, spices. ACACIA HONEY - 500 gr
Acacia honey is well known and appreciated for its characteristics, which make it palatable even those who can't stand the strongest and most particular flavors. Its particularities already start from the color. Acacia honey is all the clearer and more colourless the purer it is, which is mainly produced from acacia nectar. It does not have a particularly strong or marked smell or taste, on the contrary, their absence is a characteristic feature of this honey. For this reason it is much loved by children and is preferred over other types of honey as a sweetener and as an ingredient in recipes of various kinds. In fact, using acacia honey there is no risk of altering the taste of other foods or drinks.
