Brilliant with coral reflections, the nose is complex with floral and citrus notes. On the palate it is fresh, velvety and closes with a long and pleasant finish of blueberries and cherries. Ideal with fish starters, fresh and seasoned cheeses.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Land: medium-textured, tending to loose with good presence of mind. Grape varieties: Negroamaro (100%). A red berry, excellent vigor. It owes its name repeating the Latin word “black” “niger” and in ancient Greek “mavros” from which is the dialect “maru”. Spurred cordon training system. Harvest: I-II decade of September, by mechanized grape harvester, between the night and the first light of dawn so that the low temperature prevent a spontaneous start of fermentation. Vinification: cold maceration, followed by moderate pressing (15-17°C). Induced fermentation with selected yeasts. Aging: in steel Alcohol content: 12-13% Vol.
