Fruity and pleasant in its freshness, Rosè del Borro is among the most exuberant of our wines. Bright pink in color, the Rosé del Borro is characterized by its aromas. The nose is fresh with hints of white flowers and fresh fruit. The taste reflects the sensations of freshness due to a balanced acidity and small red fruits.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Grapes: 100% Sangiovese Alcohol content: 13% Vol. Production: Rosé del Borro is obtained from the cold pressing of Sangiovese grapes. The harvest takes place when optimal ripeness is reached by harvesting in 10 kg boxes that are stored overnight in cold rooms at 5-10°C. conveyed to the press where the skin maceration takes place. Subsequently, by pressing, the must is obtained which, after clarification, is fermented at a controlled temperature of 15-17° C in steel tanks. At the end of fermentation, the wine obtained is left in contact with the yeasts for about 60 days, after which it will be racked and prepared for bottling. Pairings: Rosé del Borro is excellent to accompany fish dishes or light first courses. The ideal time to drink it is during an aperitif at a temperature of 10-12° C.
