From the typical native olive of the Apulian territory, an oil characterized by an intense fruity and a great personality; it has a rich and complex aroma with a typical fruity of fresh grass tones mowed, artichoke and green tomato. It contains no dyes, thickeners or preservatives. Ideal for fresh salads, added to sauces, marinating meat or fish or sprayed at the last instant on grilled meat.
